The use of this site and any purchases made from it are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
Doughty Engineering Inc reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Pricing
Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown on this website, however, for reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed an order. It is our policy, to only charge for in-stock items ready for shipping. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and given the choice of a later delivery or alternative product. You will only be charged at the time of shipping.
Special Orders
Orders for special ‘one off’ are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
Payment is by credit card basis. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
Returned Goods
Authorization is required to return any goods. There is a 20% restocking fee. All shipping cost are non refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit should be returned for our inspection. Refunds or exchanges cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will reimburse all your normal postage costs in so doing.
Limitation of Liability
The sole and maximum liability arising from any product purchased from this site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Doughty Engineering inc, or its directors, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind relating to product sold.
